Do you cater to both large and small businesses?


Yes! Whether you have a company of 2 or 250+, we are happy to consult with you about how our services can fit your needs!




How long are your chair massage, yoga and meditation sessions?


We offer chair massage sessions in increments of 10, 15 or 25 minutes. This allows 5 minutes between each person to clean and reset our equipment. Booking options are:

  • (4) 10 minute massages per hour
  • (3) 15 minute massages per hour
  • 2) 25 minute massages per hour
All yoga and meditation classes are 60 minutes.




What should we wear for massage/yoga/meditation sessions?


Massage: Our massage chairs are designed to accommodate all shapes and sizes of people wearing any type of clothing. However, for your comfort, it is best to remove any outer layers - jackets, ties, large jewelry, etc. Yoga and Meditation: Please wear comfortable clothing in which you can move and stretch, and be sure to bring your yoga mat.




How much notice do you need to accommodate my event?


We ask you give us as much time as possible, however we require at least 7 days for larger events to insure we exceed expectations and have the event run as smoothly as possible.




What are the logistics for having onsite services?


  • Our therapists will arrive at least 20 minutes prior to the start time of your event.
  • We bring our own equipment and supplies.
  • We need a private or semi-private space to work in, at least 5’x5’ for each therapist (conference rooms work great for this!).
  • We also need access to an electrical outlet and a sink/restroom.




What is our investment for services?


  • Massage services start at $90/hour/therapist.
  • Yoga and Meditation classes start at $90/hour class.

What is your cancellation policy?


Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel your event. A lot of care goes into coordinating our therapists and our logistics to ensure everything goes smoothly and is stress-free for you.

  • You may cancel up to 7 days prior to your event with no fee.
  • Cancellations 2-7 days prior to your event will incur a charge of 50% of total services.
  • Cancellations less than 2 days prior to your event will incur a charge of 100% of total services.
